I started my career in recruiting, where I naturally found myself leaning into business development to help grow the small business I was a part of. I quickly realized how much I loved building genuine relationships and connecting with clients to support their goals.

That passion is what brought me to LO&PS Agency. Sales Experience or Industry Background

In my previous recruiting roles, I supported a wide range of positions—from technical roles to healthcare and beyond. Along the way, I naturally stepped into some business development responsibilities, focusing on building strong client relationships and earning their trust over time.

Before that, I also gained experience in sales, where I upsold and sold financial magazines and trade tips. That role helped sharpen my communication skills and taught me how to identify what people really need—and how to deliver it in a way that feels personal and valuable.

Together, those experiences have shaped my approach to business development: relationship-first, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to bring value.
