With over 3 years of experience providing high-level administrative support to executives and managers, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively and to help streamline any operations. In my previous role as an office administrator and accounts payable assistant, I have assisted the VP of Corporate Projects and Programs in various projects, coordinated travel arrangements for the executive team and assisted the managers of 7 locations with their invoicing, vendor contacts and check needs. My strong organizational skills allow me to prioritize tasks effectively, even in high-pressure environments. I was effective at preparing weekly and monthly reports for the Director of Operational Support, handled sensitive information with discretion while I worked in their human resource department and have onboarded and off boarded multiple employees. I have strong communication skills with over 6 years in customer service and pride myself in being able to talk to customers and families in a professional and helpful manner.
